Our Business Essentials Series provides an intensive 6 week all round framework for business owners to gain new knowledge in a variety of business disciplines and receive mentoring to help them grow their business.
Topics will cover a cross-section of essential business skills and knowledge and will include some sessions run by local industry experts.

Business planning & strategy
Customer service including in-person and online delivery
Leadership and personal development for owners and staff
Marketing strategy, planning and tactics
Project management
Sales development
Financial Planning and management

Cost
$250 for members, $300 for non-members for all 6 weeks.
What's Included?
2 hour weekly in person training with all resources and handouts included.
The programme also includes a follow up phone call or in-person mentoring during the programme.
Frequency
Weekly for 6 weeks.
